The session, conducted in a hybrid format with participants joining online as well, featured profound discussions, impactful speeches and spontaneous reflections that left a lasting impression on all attendees.

TM Jeazel Dsouza – (GEMBA B20), the Toastmaster of the evening, set the stage for an engaging and thought-provoking meeting.
Each prepared speech, delivered by TM Simon Bernie (EMBA SG B24), TM Swarnali Das (EMBA SG B24), and TM Gaurav Pengoria (EMBA SG B23), offered a distinct viewpoint on the theme of change, leaving the audience introspective and motivated. The evaluators played a pivotal role in delivering constructive feedback, highlighting the speakers' strengths, and providing valuable suggestions for improvement.
Adding an element of excitement was the Table Topics segment, led by TM Sameer Kamra (Alumni), where participants shared their insights on various facets of change.
The meeting concluded with an impactful speech by our General Evaluator, Ms Patricia Ang, Area Director Head - B3, summarising the key takeaways and reinforcing the collective commitment to personal and professional development within the Toastmasters community while also acknowledging the winners.
