California Miramar University was established and acquired Pacific Western University assets, including State of California approval status.
The transition requirements were completed, state approval transferred to CalMU, and CalMU later applied for accreditation.
CalMU became part of the SP Jain Group family, with the Group announcing its U.S. expansion and the CalMU acquisition in 2024.
CalMU continued its growth with the San Jose location launch and AI Tutor launch, supporting its AI-first direction.
