CAREER ACCELERATION AND ADAPTION
To get to the next stage of your career – whether it is to get promoted, start your own business or explore opportunities outside your organisation – you will need the management expertise, global exposure and professional connections that a world-class MBA will help you foster. The SP Jain Executive MBA (EMBA) is designed to help you enhance your managerial and leadership skillset, develop the tools to spot and seize challenging opportunities, and position yourself as the empowered leader your organisation needs today.
The 18-month part-time MBA program is tailored to fit seamlessly into the lives of busy working professionals. It is delivered in a blended learning format that combines face-to-face classes at our Singapore campus and online classes via our Engaged Learning Online (ELO) technology.
The EMBA program curriculum covers core concepts of general management, addressing business functions such as economics, accounting, innovation and strategy, and specialist courses offering in-depth coverage and insights into different industry tracks. You will build essential leadership skills such as strategic thinking, critical analysis, global intelligence, problem-solving and decision-making. Rigorous coursework and the program's practical emphasis will help you define problems, identify solutions and make an immediate impact at work.

I was recognised as the best presenter in my organisation. The public speaking in the SPJ Toastmaster Club and ECP sessions helped me enhance my communication skills. The program has helped me adopt useful methodologies such as Digital Marketing, Strategic Branding and Negotiation & Conflict Management. I can never trade this for any other experience.
My classmates come from different industries such as IT, project management, shipping, and from different nationalities including Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese, and German. Studying and interacting with such a diverse group helps me shape my vision to a more global one. Everyone brings to the table very valuable points from their own experience and the result is a rich and impactful mix of opinions and views.
The first reaction to SP Jain’s Engaged Learning Online (ELO) classroom was ‘wow’! I am very impressed with ELO because it is brilliantly smooth from the student perspective, and it allows me to communicate very easily with other classmates and lecturers.
“Before joining SP Jain Global, I was in a specialised brand management role and was looking forward to diversifying my skills. The EMBA helped me do exactly that, and more! In just 18 months, the program helped me fill my knowledge gaps in finance, HR, and operations management. It also gave me the confidence to start my own business and build a portfolio career.”
The EMBA program has benefitted me immensely by helping me build on my academic and technical knowledge as well as soft skills that are a must at any workplace. I gained skills in people management, personal effectiveness, negotiation and leadership. I am also better able to contribute strategically to my team and handle issues at work more effectively than I could before. If you have been working for many years and you feel that your career has been stagnant, the EMBA program is a good way to kick-start and give your career that much-needed boost.
I had already received excellent reviews about SP Jain’s EMBA before I relocated to Singapore from London, and this global recognition is one of the first things that encouraged me to pursue the program. The 18-month MBA has a uniquely international approach covering western and Asian case studies and is designed specially to prepare executives for the challenges of the rapidly growing global markets.
The SP Jain EMBA introduced me to peers from different backgrounds, nationalities and industries, and created a learning environment that broadened my perspective a lot. We studied using a blend of lectures, group projects, simulations, and real-life case studies, helping me translate the education back into the business with more confidence. The curriculum also covered the basics of finance, marketing, and operations, helping managers like me expand our skillsets and build a strategic approach to leadership.
