SP Jain School of Global Management hosted a guest session by Zia Shiekh, the CEO of Svenska Hotels, for the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Mumbai cohort on November 6, 2020. On April 14, 2020, we organised our annual inter university business and cultural festival – Magnate 2020. We hosted 5 competitions that saw over 10 universities compete and a cumulative of over 70 submissions.

On June 13, 2020, our Year 2 Bachelor of Business Administration students bagged the first place and a cash prize of USD 3,000 at the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) Student Case Competition - Middle East 2020.

SP Jain School of Global Management’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students in Mumbai visited the Tata Power plant to learn first-hand how the company implements sustainable business practices. The industrial visit, held on January 25, 2020, was part of the Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility course and a Global Learning activity organised by Prof Shrinivas Shikaripurkar (Adjunct Faculty, SP Jain).

We are proud to share that SP Jain School of Global Management’s MBA team emerged as the Overall Champion at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) MBA Olympics 2020 held in Singapore on January 19, 2020. The team competed against several universities including NTU, National University of Singapore (NUS), ESSEC Business School and Singapore Management University (SMU), winning multiple gold medals in Badminton, Track, Table Tennis, Football and Swimming.
