On 12th March 2025, SP Jain Global Management in Singapore hosted an inspiring financial literacy workshop, Her Wealth, Her Power, dedicated to equipping women with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their financial well-being.
The workshop, organised by Joanne Lee, Assistant Manager of the Executive MBA (EMBA) program, with support from student recruitment team members Tarun Alugolu and Leena Pereira, was planned to ensure a well-structured, informative, and engaging session.
Bringing together 54 successful women in leadership roles, including Executive MBA alumni, current students, and prospective candidates, the event provided an evening of learning, networking, and empowerment.
The evening began with an inspiring speech by Diana David, Head of Student Recruitment at SP Jain’s Singapore campus, who emphasised leadership, teamwork, and the power of lifting others. Joanne Lee followed with an introduction to SP Jain’s Executive MBA, highlighting its flexible learning formats and the Ambassadors program, which fosters collaboration and a strong student-alumni network.
The highlight of the evening was an engaging discussion led by Dr Bhanu Ranjan, Assistant Dean of the Executive MBA program (Singapore), and Soumya Agarwal, CEO & Founder of Kinsenergy Green Solutions Pte. Ltd. They shared valuable strategies to empower women in achieving financial independence, growing their investments, and securing long-term financial stability.
One of the most interactive parts of the workshop focused on overcoming self-doubt and making confident investment decisions. Attendees explored ways to manage their finances effectively, identify investment opportunities, and create sustainable wealth.
The evening ended with a networking dinner, where participants exchanged ideas, built meaningful connections, and engaged in enriching discussions.
