SP Jain welcomes Undergraduate students of Jan’19 and Sept’18 cohorts at Singapore campus

SP Jain School of Global Management proudly welcomed 26 Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students to its Undergraduate Orientation for the January 2019 and September 2018 batches at Singapore campus on 14th January 2019. Staying true to our vision of borderless classrooms, we have been joined by undergraduate students, or Jaguars as we call them, from 7 nationalities including Chinese, Dominican, Indian, Korean, Ukrainian, Uzbekistani and Vietnamese.

Singapore Campus welcomes the Jan 2018 BBA Cohort

Our Singapore campus recently welcomed 40 new students from 13 different countries as a part of the BBA Cohort. Staying true to the theme of “The world is your classroom”, the Singapore campus currently hosts above 220 students from over 30 nationalities.

The People of Mumbai Tour – BBA Jaguars undertake a cultural tour in Mumbai

On 28th October, the BBA Jaguars in Mumbai embarked on ‘The People of Mumbai tour’. The cohort was divided into four small batches, each accompanied by a staff member and a tour guide.

SP Jain Singapore Campus Welcomes the New Jags of 2017 – The Global Journey Begins

This year, the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program of SP Jain School of Global Management welcomed around 185 new Jaguars from 27 different nationalities including China, South Korea, India, Mauritius, Mexico, Russia, Southeast Asia, and Europe, among others.

While it is their first time in Singapore for many, a large number of students are also experiencing their first time living away from home. The Jaguars of 2017 have come together for their journey with SP Jain, learning and living in three different megacities of the world—Singapore, Dubai, and Sydney— immersing themselves in various environments, cultures and situations, becoming independent global business leaders. The new Jaguars will not just interact with people of different backgrounds, but also experience these new backgrounds first-hand.

Small Stage for Big Talents: Cross Cultural Celebration at the Dubai Campus

The SP Jain Students Club, titled M.A.D, that stands and dedicates itself to the rich forms of Music, Arts & Dance hosted their first event in the Dubai campus in line with the Chinese Lunar Year, Australian National Day and Indian Republic Day celebrations on 26th January 2017.

Visit to UNHCR, Dubai by the SP Jain Undergraduate Students

On 19th January 2017, 25 students of SP Jain’s undergraduate batch visited the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees’ Dubai Main Office in the MENA region. UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, is a global organisation dedicated to saving lives, protecting rights, and building a better future for refugees, forcibly displaced communities, and stateless people.

Rooftop Cricket – Bringing the BBA Students in Mumbai Closer Together

On the 24th of September 2016, 15 students of S P Jain’s Mumbai campus travelled to the Mad Over Sports cricket field located in Hotel Shanti Doot, Dadar, to play a friendly match of cricket. As with any sports outing, the atmosphere was electric, and the excitement, palpable. The matches were to be for two hours, with seven players on one side and eight on the other – for a duration of five overs.

The grounds were located on the terrace of Shanti Doot, four stories above the ground level. Upon arrival, the teams were formed – team Flash and team Tupperware, both captained by the students. Team Tupperware decided to bat first, where some really talented student batsmen opened the game.

SP Jain Singapore Campus Welcomes the new Jags-2016

This year, we saw around 180 freshmen students from nearly 30 different countries such as China, Egypt, South Korea, India, Mauritius, Mongolia, Portugal, Russia and Spain to name a few. They are here in Singapore to join our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course – the course that brings them to three different megacities – Singapore, Dubai and Sydney respectively.
