7 pieces of advice to my younger self – Visiting Wisdom with Sandeep Khanna

 

SP Jain School of Global Management had the honour of welcoming Mr. Sandeep Khanna, People & Organisational Development (OD) Lead of Grab (Singapore), for its Visiting Wisdom – Industry Insights guest lecture on 29th November 2018 at the Singapore campus. Grab is a Singapore-based company that offers ride-hailing, ride-sharing, food delivery service and logistics services through its app, which operates in Singapore and neighbouring Southeast Asian nations including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and Cambodia.

Having previously worked with renowned companies such as DDB, BBDO, ICI Paints, Nokia, Facebook and more, Mr. Khanna is an expert when it comes to building and transforming businesses, brands and people in the Digital Age.

He hosted an insightful and relatable session for the students with his presentation on the ‘7 pieces of advice to my younger self’. Some of the key takeaways included taking on tough assignments in order to grow faster, learning how to integrate work and life, creating your personal belief system and to discover and play your strengths.
