  • Staff Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Policy
    This policy outlines SP Jain’s approach to matters of sexual harassment and assault among all workplace participants of the School.
  • Terms of Reference of the SASH Taskforce
    Its primary objective is to ensure ongoing implementation and improvement of measures to understand, prevent, identify and respond to sexual assault and sexual harassment.
  • Critical Incident Policy
    The purpose of the policy is to provide guidance and direction for managing critical incidents that may occur and is applicable at all SP Jain campuses.
  • Staff Code of Conduct Policy
    This policy outlines the expectations and responsibilities of all staff at SP Jain as employees of the School that reflects the School’s commitment to wellbeing, integrity and honesty.
  • Staff Grievance and Complaints Policy and Procedures
    The staff of SP Jain are entitled to access the grievance and complaint procedures as set out by the School in this policy regardless of the location of the campus.
  • Health & Wellbeing Policy
    The purpose of the Health and Wellbeing Policy is to provide a healthy and safe learning environment for all students and staff.
