Position: Director - Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance

 

Department: Academic Support

Location: Dubai

We're looking for a highly ambitious and motivated professional officer to lead and manage our plan for UK accreditations, working closely with the School’s senior management team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience pertaining to UK accreditation requirements and building operational and data management structures for the purpose of obtaining and maintaining recognised accreditations
  • Collaborate as a team for re-registration and course re-accreditation application submission
  • Core member for new course/institutional accreditations - Course design, development support and guidance
  • Institutional, Policy Review and Development - New Policy development and existing policy renewal through appropriate Boards for the policies
  • Support the President to develop the detailed strategic plan for the School through multiple iterations
  • Governance and Quality Assurance
  • Applicants having previous UK accreditation experience will be preferred

We are looking for exceptional candidates who will take a leading role in our ambitious strategy for accreditations, bringing their experience, skills and professionalism to the role, whilst demonstrating a track record of successful accreditation management within a business school.

Applicants must demonstrate:

  • Education to a degree level or other equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of standards in business education
  • Experience of managing accreditation projects to successful conclusion
  • Extensive experience of data management systems and data analysis
  • A track record evidencing strong organisational and project management skill
  • Excellent report writing and oral communication skills
