SP Jain School of Global Management's Executive MBA (EMBA) alumni came together at the Singapore campus for an interactive session with the current EMBA students. The alumni panel members, Jason Wilson, Aparna Kasarboina, Mamta Deshmukh and Giridharan Somaskandan, guided the students and shared tips on leveraging their EMBA experience. The session was moderated by Hitesh Panjabi, a current EMBA student.

The session covered a wide array of topics, including:

  • Maintaining a healthy work-life balance while pursuing the EMBA program.
  • Building personal visibility and career strategies based on the EMBA learnings.
  • The impact of an EMBA on your career and the role of Applied Business Research (ABR).
  • Applying the EMBA learnings at your workplace.
  • The value of peer networking and peer support in the learning journey, especially during challenging times.
  • The value of Toastmasters in enhancing the personal impact.
  • Celebrating small wins and taking one unit at a time.
  • The value of giving back and staying connected.

It was an evening of networking, sharing insights and exchanging ideas for the students and alumni.
