With more than 17 years’ experience in Financial Services and Consulting, Iker leads the Digital Delivery Team in ASEAN within Accenture Digital business, the team delivering transformational capabilities in Digital Commerce, Content Management, Analytics, Mobility, Intelligent Devices, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things. He specializes in Digital Transformation, covering the strategy, design and implementation of Digital capabilities in a number of industries, with a deep experience in Financial Services.
Iker holds a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering, he is currently based in Singapore where he has been living since 2010 and has experience working in Europe and Asia.

Dr Kumar has over 30 years of experience as a leader and scholar-practitioner in diverse areas such as Policy & Strategy development, Consultancy, Industry and innovation ecosystem development, Programme Management and Training. He was involved in developing several National ICT Master plans over two decades in Singapore and rolled out a number national collaborative initiatives successfully for ICT Talent development in partnership with leading industry players, associations and Institutes of Higher Learning. Dr Kumar is a senior member of Singapore Computer Society and actively involved in applied research in areas such as ICT Policies, Innovation, Digital Transformation and ICT Talent Management.

Prior to this he was Chief Marketing Officer at Philips APAC, leading brand positioning, communications & digital marketing. Jawahar founded TeamStreamz a cloud-based sales tech platform for enterprises enabling their channel partners to deliver great customer experiences right down to the last mile.
Until Oct’13, Jawahar was the Vice-President and Global Head of Nokia Life Tools services that scaled to 125 million users. He founded the Emerging Market Services division and ran Nokia’s Multimedia Experiences business unit in Asia Pacific.

As Vice President of Digital Transformation, Saj Kumar is responsible for driving Digital Transformation engagements across SAP’s top 25 customers in Asia Pacific and Japan.
